Cancellation of Membership by RPR :
RPR may at its sole discretion cancel the membership of any Member : i. Violation of any of the Terms and Conditions by the Member. ii. Misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this membership by the Member. iii. Violation of any national, state or local law or regulation or other applicable law in connection with the use of membership benefits by the Member. iv. Failure by the Member to pay for hotel charges or any other payments. v. Fraud or abuse by a Member involving any aspect of this Membership. vi. Any action or conduct by the Member which in the opinion of RPR is or is likely to be detrimental to the resort. Cancellation and termination of a Membership shall take effect immediately upon service of the notice of termination by RPR on the Member concerned, which notice may be served by electronic mail.
